Camp Perry was established as a Boy Scout Camp in 1927.
It has been continuously operated as a Boy Scout Camp longer than any other such camp in Texas.
It encompasses 260 acres along the west bank of the Arroyo Colorado.
The camp covers over 260 acres with 12 large,scenic campsites.
Since 1927 Scouts and Scouters have been creating memories at Camp Perry. On the banks of the Arroyo Colorado, thousands of boys have gained from the quality programs offered over the years. Camp Perry is a place where memories are made; but it is also a camp with a future. It is our mission to provide you and your unit with the best possible outdoor Scouting experience.

This is an unofficial website (campperrytexas . com) which has the goal to describe the camp for those who may wish to use it.
It was originally created as a project supporting successful completion of Wood Badge adult leadership training

Since this map was made and colored by Mr. Townsend a new and very nice dining hall was built.
It occupies the space which is east of the Office building and partially over where the old adult shower house was.
A new building which serves many needs was built Southwest of the Office building.
It is south of the road with which one enters Camp Perry, and is just before one would turn south towards the old dining hall.
